Builder’s Edition K24ce
6-String | Hawaiian Koa Top | Hawaiian Koa Back and Sides | Tropical Mahogany Neck | West African Crelicam Ebony Fretboard | Expression System® 2 Electronics | Beveled Cutaway | Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Brown Case
Crafted to deliver the ultimate playing experience, the Builder’s Edition K24ce blends a refined, ergonomic playing experience with premium tonewoods and a textured, vibrant acoustic sound. Solid Hawaiian koa forms the back, sides and top of this Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric, generating a bold, articulate midrange with splashy refined trebles and warmth in the low end. Koa is also famous for its aging properties, and will open up over time and play with greater depth and sweetness. V-Class bracing enhances the response with greater volume and longer sustain. A bevy of comfort features includes an armrest, beveled cutaway, and chamfered body and fretboard edges, and the Silent Satin finish helps reduce incidental noise for recording situations.

Grand Auditorium

Hawaiian Koa Back & Sides
Few woods carry the allure of Hawaiian koa, with its gorgeous figure and sweet, complex tone.
Hawaiian Koa Top
A koa top’s visual beauty is instantly inspiring, while its sonic rewards unfold over time, as warm, sweet overtones gradually emerge.
Expression System® 2
The Expression System® 2 captures more of a guitar’s dynamic properties using a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design.
Beveled Cutaway
Taylor’s beveled cutaway design provides a more player-friendly feel for guitarists who utilize every inch of the fretboard. It features a compound design with a smoothened edge along the corner of the body between the end of the cutaway and the neck heel, providing a more comfortable feel for the fretting hand.
V-Class Bracing
Taylor’s patented V-Class bracing is a revolutionary new pattern — a new sonic engine — that marks a major shift away from traditional steel-string bracing patterns.
